Click on File/Open at the top left of the screen. A pop-up window will appear with a text
entry window.

entry in the message list window is broken down into fields.

On the mouse selection screen, if you have a name-brand select the model which matches it, or simply select the generic model
entry.

Click on the "Edit" button to review each
entry, or alternatively, just hit the "Delete" option to remove the
entry from the database.
