The OLST is pleased to announce the doctoral thesis defence of Nizar Ghazzawi
The title of the thesis is “Du terme prédicatif au cadre sémantique : méthodologie de compilation d’une ressource terminologique pour les termes arabes de l’informatique”. The defence will be held July 27 at 9:00 AM in room P-217 of the Roger Gaudry building (2900, boul. Édouard-Montpetit).
Members of the jury are Patrick Drouin (President of the jury), Marie-Claude L’Homme (Supervisor), Fatiha Sadat (Co-supervisor) Professor at Département informatique of UQAM, Jean Quirion (Jury Member) Professor at the School of Translation and Interpretation of University of Ottawa, and Mercè Lorente Casafont (External Examiner) Professor at the Institut Universitari de Lingüística Aplicada (IULA), Spain.
